When leasing your property, we provide the following services:

  1. Establish Market Rent - We conduct a FREE, no obligation, detailed market analysis or your property to determine rental values.

  2. Showings - We schedule daily showings of your property seven days a week until it is rented.

  3. Marketing - The market methods we use to lease a home are the same methods we use to sell a home. Our Marketing Coordinator focuses on maximizing your property's exposure. We market your home to multiple online sources, and post on social media platforms. We place a For Sale sign in your yard and utilize a call capture technology to capture every lead.

  4. Applications and Screening - We perform a detailed screening of each tenant over 18 years of age. We do a National Background check of both Credit and Eviction histories. We verify their employment and income, and review a full Credit Report.

  5. Contracts - A property specific lease agreement is prepared for each tenancy. Every property is different, so during our initial meeting, we discuss details specific to your property.

  6. Move-In Report - A detailed written Move-In Condition Report is prepared for the tenant to sign prior to possession of the property. This includes extensive photos.

  7. Move-In Rent/Deposit Collection - The first month's rent and initial security deposits will be collected prior to the tenant move in. We put together a package containing all lease agreements, move-in reports, photos, funds, and accounting statements to send to you once the transaction is complete.
