Susan Featherly
Originally from Syracuse, New York, Susan started working at 9 years of age, along with her two brothers, at their parents family owned business. At a young age, she learned how to be focused, disciplined and dedicated to achieving her goals. While still a teenager, she owned and operated Central New York Academy of Dance Arts and ran the business for 14 years. She coached her students to win 1000s of awards in regional, state and national competitions. In 1994, she sold the business and moved to Los Angeles to pursue a career as an actress and model. Her interest in real estate started as a hobby, by helping friends invest their money to build their financial portfolios. In 2004, Susan became a realtor and eventually a broker. She is currently the broker and co owner of Town Center Realty Group.

Peter Micalchuck
Peter started selling Real Estate in 1998 after a successful career as a real estate investor. Born in Peabody, MA and now living in Burbank, Peter is a self made business man. He started working at the age of 8 delivering milk and newspapers. He want on to serve in the USAF from 1968-1972 and the USN from 1972-1975 and received 2 honorable discharges for his service. Peter competed as a body builder and won several strongman competitions. In addition, he ran a successful chain of Great Grill restaurants. Peter is now a Realtor and partner at Town Center Realty Group.

Michelle Jarecki-Jedrasik
Michelle is the sales manager at Town Center Realty Group. She had over 27 years experience running her own business before joining Peter and Susan.
She was born and raised in So Cal, graduated CSULB and is currently living in Shadow Hills. In her spare time she loves being outdoors, playing softball, skiing ,boating, photography, riding motorcycles and horses. Devoted Dodger fan.

Melissa Soto
Melissa is in charge of taking pictures and videos of your home and marketing it online as well as creating flyers and promoting open houses. She also assists in the transaction process by putting together the documents required and communicating with all parties in order to get your home sold.
Melissa has a BA in Art within the option of Graphic Design from Cal State LA and minors in both English and Basic Business.
